1. Do you offer international shipping
TOGETHER, WE ARE BEAUTIFULLY AFRICAN - While our cosmetic store does not offer international shipping, we will source shipping for expat's to reminisce with familiar fragrances & cosmetics from Avroy Shlain.
For an international order, please create a wishlist and profile. Email [email protected] with the email address you used to sign up & a team member will be in contact with a price including shipping to your destination.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times will be based on your location. We are based in the Western Cape. We receive orders from our supplier once a week.
On average deliveries take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks if you live outside of Cape Town's Northern & Southern suburbs.
3. Returns
If you have a faulty or broken product. Please contact us either via our contact page or WhatsApp. One of our team will assist you with your return.
Avroy Shlain has a proven track record, supplying quality products. Despite exceptional manufacturing standards, the odd faulty item can make it past the quality inspections.
4. Can you offer bulk order discounts
Our agreement with our supplier sets the sale price all distributors have to adhere too. We offer monthly specials on various products define by Avroy Shlain Head Office .
5. Do you offer COD
We do not offer cash on delivery sales, it is highly unlikely we will in the future.

1. Payment systems supported
We use Payfast to facilitate our receipt of payments. PayFast provides a secure payment gateway protected by SSL & more.
We can accept:
Credit Cards (VISA & Mastercards), Debit Cards, EFT, Apple Pay, Capitec Pay, Snap Scan, Mobi Credit
2. Refunds
A full refund quickly is only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an order has been placed by our team for your order & you request a refund before the products have been shipped, a R 60 admin fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds requested after an order has been shipped will not be refunded until returned in the condition they were sent, return shipping is your responsibility . If you have a faulty product, please see the "Returns" section.

It is important to stress that any return will be subject to meeting the terms for a return.
If you received a broken or faulty item, please see point 1 above.
If you wish to return a order, it is essential the items are returned in the same condition they were received, client to cover the return shipping cost. Buyers remorse is not considered for returns.
